Single Head Cap Machine

Supports baseball cap, snapback, T-shirt and flat fabric embroidery with interchangeable hoops. Compact size, easy operation, perfect for sample room, small shop and personalized custom embroidery.

It is developed for small batch customization and embroidery sampling. Equipped with dedicated curved cap hoop to fit all kinds of baseball caps closely without fabric wrinkling during stitching. By replacing the working frame, it quickly switches to flat embroidery for garments, towels and patches. Intelligent control system supports DST, PES, JEF and other common design formats; USB direct pattern input facilitates quick pattern replacement.
