This integrated machine combines dual-size sequin and cording embroidery on single head. It can finish ordinary flat stitch, two-size sequin and rope embroidery in one working procedure, no need to refit accessories separately, greatly improve production efficiency for heavy decorative clothing.
Sequence cording embroidery machine is specially engineered for complex mixed embroidery crafts. Dual sequence sequin mechanism realizes free switch of two different sequin diameters via program setting; independent cording feeding structure steadily delivers various thick & thin ropes without shifting or overlapping during high-speed operation. Full servo transmission brings precise feeding performance, effectively avoid sequin dropping and cord deviation during long time continuous production. Compared with separate single-function sequin machine and cording machine, it saves factory space and secondary processing cost. Widely used on evening dress, bridal gown, ethnic costume, jeans, bags and decorative home textiles.
The current standard models are compatible with both high-speed and super-high-speed machines. Different sequin and cording size type can be customized according to customer needs, and super-high-speed sequin and cording device are also available to be compatible with super-high-speed machines.
