Six Sequin Embroidery Machine
Each machine head is equipped with 6 independent stepper motor sequin feeding assemblies, which can store 6 different sizes, colors and shapes of sequins at the same time, and support automatic switching of any sequin combination by computer program; the standard model only has flat embroidery + six-way sequin function, without native bead embroidery device, and is a high-end model dedicated to high-end multi-color multi-layer glitter embroidery.
Six separate hoppers can hold six different sequins at once, covering sizes from 2–9mm, including round, square, plum blossom, star, eccentric laser sequins, iridescent sequins, and solid gold and silver sequins; the six sequin feeding channels do not interfere with each other, and the electronic control can freely select any one channel to output sequins independently, allowing for multiple channels to overlap and layer, and multi-layer gradient mixed laying.
Independent high-speed slicing motor with six sets of dedicated guide slots for straight material feeding, resulting in clean, burr-free slicing; 2–5mm small slices have a maximum speed of 1200RPM, while 6–9mm large slices maintain a stable speed of 850–900RPM. High-speed operation prevents slices from flying off, getting stuck, or breaking, and ensures precise and unbiased placement.
When creating patterns, the sequin switching logic is pre-set, and the embroidery process automatically switches between 6 types of sequins without stopping the machine to disassemble and install material trays or replace guide rails. Compared with dual-sequin and single-sequin models, it significantly reduces downtime for material changes and increases the production capacity of large-volume complex patterns by more than 3 times.
With a lifting stroke of 55mm, the machine head has ample room for movement, allowing for seamless handling of thick wedding satin, multi-layered mesh, wool, and leather embroidery, and is compatible with heavy-duty fabrics of high thickness.
