Double Sequin Embroidery Machine
The machine head is equipped with two independent sequin feeding mechanisms and has no built-in bead embroidery device; it can load two different colors and diameters of sequins at the same time, and freely switch between mixed embroidery. It is specially designed for processing multi-layer, gradient, and color-blocking sequin patterns. Its cost performance is higher than that of double bead and double sequin models, and it is the main model of mid-range heavy-duty garment machine.
Two independent stepper motors drive the sequins independently, without interference. Two separate trays can each hold sequins of any size (2–9mm) (compatible with laser, gold/silver, colored, and eccentric hole sequins).
Three embroidery modes can be freely switched: embroider only sequin type A, embroider only sequin type B, or alternately embroider sequins of sizes A and B/two colors.
Quick-release guide rail assembly allows for sequin size changes in just 5 minutes; segmented lifting transmission eliminates the need for a full-machine lifting and feeding device when changing materials, significantly reducing production downtime.
Closed-loop shock-absorbing transmission ensures stable operation at high speeds of 850–1200 RPM, preventing sequin slippage, ensuring flat slices, and minimizing thread breakage.
Dual-piece independent feeding allows for one-time forming of two-color/large sequin patterns, eliminating the need for two separate embroidery alignments and nearly doubling production efficiency compared to single-sequin machines. The structure is simpler than double-bead, double-sequin machines, resulting in lower purchase prices, lower failure rates, and lower costs for routine maintenance and parts replacement. Operation is simple and quick for workers to learn, making it suitable for small to medium-sized embroidery factories specializing in sequin designs. Single-head and multi-head options are available in all specifications to meet both sampling and mass production needs.
