Single Sequin Embroidery Machine
The machine head is equipped with only one sequin conveying mechanism, which can only load one size and one color of sequin at a time. It is mainly used for basic sequin flat embroidery. It has a simple structure, high cost performance, and is suitable for basic sequin decoration processing.
Driven by a single stepper motor and a single tray, this sequin set can only hold one type of sequin, compatible with 2–9mm standard gold, silver, and colored sequins. There is no switching module; to change the sequin size/color, the machine must be stopped and the tray and guide rail manually replaced.
The transmission structure is simple, resulting in low machine vibration and easy maintenance, but it cannot handle mixed embroidery of different sequin sizes or two-color sequins.
Standard configurations include 9/12/15 needles, with automatic color changing and automatic thread trimming; available in single-head sampling machines and multi-head mass production models with 4/6/8/12 heads.
The frames are available in lightweight standard frames, offering lower prices and suitable for routine processing of lightweight fabrics
Equipped with a basic industrial computer touchscreen, supporting DST and EMB common pattern formats, and basic thread breakage alarm and production statistics functions; it lacks multi-material shortage sensing, only providing bottom thread and thread breakage alerts.
