Embroidery Rotaty Hook

Our rotary hooks are specially developed for various multi-head computerized embroidery machines, adopting the universal A-type crescent structure used in industrial embroidery equipment.

The standard version is forged from GCr15 bearing steel, vacuum heat-treated, and ultra-precision ground. The shuttle tip tolerance is strictly controlled within 0.02mm, and it can accommodate high-speed, stable hooking at up to 1000 stitches/minute. The high-end DLC-coated version features a diamond-like carbon film coating on both the inner and outer rotary hooks, increasing surface hardness by 86% and providing excellent self-lubricating properties. It can operate with minimal or near-oil-free conditions, eliminating oil stains and defects in garments.

It is suitable for all scenarios including flat embroidery, cylindrical hat embroidery, sequin embroidery, and thick-material specialty embroidery. Optimized thread guides reduce friction, significantly reducing skipped stitches, thread breaks, and needle collisions, thus significantly lowering the factory's defect rate.

Each rotary hook undergoes complete dynamic balancing before leaving the factory, ensuring low vibration and low noise during long-term unattended mass production. Available in standard bobbin models and large-capacity rotary hooks in various specifications, perfectly compatible with Tajima, Behringer and all domestic embroidery machine brands, with stable supply, full inspection before shipment, and rapid response to spare parts and after-sales service.
