Our full range of air compressors specifically designed for embroidery machines is customized for various multi-head computerized embroidery machines. The entire machine provides a stable output of 0.7–0.8MPa standard air pressure, perfectly compatible with all pneumatic mechanisms of embroidery machines: automatic thread trimming, sequin feeding, pneumatic presser feet, cap holder clamping cylinder, laser cutting valve, and tabletop air blowing dust removal device. Equipped with an integrated refrigerated dryer and a three-stage precision filter, it thoroughly removes water mist, dust, and oil mist from the air, outputting clean and dry air, eliminating water stains and oil defects on fabrics, and significantly reducing the defect rate of embroidery.
The permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor can automatically adjust its air output according to the real-time air consumption of the workshop, saving 30% energy compared to ordinary fixed frequency models. The four-in-one integrated design combines the main unit, air tank, dryer, and filtration system, resulting in a compact structure that saves factory space. Installation is simple; simply connect to power and start production. Featuring a quiet, low-vibration structure, the machine's noise level is controlled to below 72 decibels, ensuring a comfortable working environment in the embroidery workshop.
