Embroidery Head: The core embroidery unit-comprising components such as the needle bar, rotary hook (or looper), and take-up lever-responsible for executing the actual embroidery process. A single machine may feature multiple heads (e.g., 6-head or 12-head models) to embroider multiple identical items simultaneously.


Needle Bar Assembly: Each head typically accommodates multiple needle positions (e.g., 9, 12, or 15 needles) loaded with different thread colors, enabling automatic color changes.


Embroidery Frame/Hoop: Used to secure and tension the fabric to be embroidered. Available in various types-such as flat frames, cap frames, and rotary frames for finished garments-these are driven by the machine to move precisely along the X and Y axes.


Computer Control System: The "brain" of the machine; it reads embroidery files and precisely controls the movements of the embroidery heads, frames, color-changing mechanisms, thread trimmers, and other components.


Operation Panel: The interface for human-machine interaction, used to start or stop programs, adjust parameters (such as speed and tension), monitor system status, and more.


Thread Stand: Holds the spools of embroidery thread.
Thread Breakage Detection System: Automatically detects broken threads, halts machine operation, and triggers an alarm.
