Easy Chenille Device

Lockstitch looping device is a special accessory for flat embroidery machines, designed to create 3D towel embroidery effects on ordinary fabrics. Driven by a motor, the needle bar swings left and right to form uniform loops with the needle, secured by lockstitches that resist unraveling. It allows adjustable loop height for varied texture depth, and combines with flat/gold embroidery for richer designs. Cost-effective and widely compatible, it enhances product value and efficiency.

This device is economical optional fitting upgraded for ordinary quilting embroidery machine, different from heavy full chenille head with high cost. Just fix the unit on original needle bar frame within short time, machine system synchronously control yarn feeding and loop forming to form 3D plush chenille stitch and solid chain stitch automatically.
