Laser Device
The laser device for embroidery machines provides precision positioning or synchronized laser cutting/engraving, preventing misalignment and needle crashes. It delivers clean edges, enhances accuracy and efficiency, and enriches embroidery effects.
This CO₂ laser device is dedicated optional fitting for multi-head quilting embroidery machine, fully synchronized with machine main control system by pattern file. Non-contact laser cutting seals fabric edge instantly to avoid fraying, finish appliqué trimming, hollow-out lace carving and hole punching after embroidery automatically without secondary die-cut. Different laser power options adapt cotton, polyester, denim, PU leather, non-woven fabric widely used on sofa bedding, garment patches, swimwear, fashion lace decoration. Match with sequin/cording/bead attachment to realize quilting+embroidery+sequin+cording+bead+laser six-in-one composite processing, greatly improve finished product grade and save separate cutting labor cost.
